Licensed Real Estate Agent — Assisted Living Specialist
Represent buyers and sellers of assisted living facilities across target markets. You'll leverage Crawford's proprietary data platform, research tools, and deal flow to close transactions in the fastest-growing niche in commercial real estate.
Active real estate license required. Commercial experience preferred but not required — we train the niche.
Transaction Coordinator
Manage the full transaction lifecycle from executed LOI through closing. Coordinate inspections, licensing transfers, lender requirements, and ensure every deal closes on time with zero surprises.
Organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable managing 10-15 concurrent transactions.
Business Development Representative
Source and qualify new acquisition and disposition opportunities. Work closely with our research systems to identify off-market ALF opportunities and build relationships with facility owners, operators, and investors nationwide.
Hunter mentality. Phone and email outreach experience. CRM proficiency.
Marketing Coordinator
Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Create listing presentations, manage social media, coordinate email campaigns, and help position Crawford Commercial as the national authority in ALF brokerage.
Design skills (Canva/Figma), copywriting ability, social media experience.
